WINE MAKING
Grapes are de-stemmed (not crushed) and put into an open-top fermenter. The wine is drained away from the skins and moved into steel vat for maturation.
CHARACTER
Layers of black and red fruits on the nose and on the palate. A rich wine with a fresh, soft and a delicate finish.
FOOD/WINE PAIRING
It goes well with game, lamb, chicken, pork, vegetarian dishes, garlic mushrooms or a range of cheese.
