WINE MAKING
It’s a blend between two grape varieties: Côt and Cabernet franc. Two different wine-making for those grapes. Maceration process with the skin during 15 days with two pumpings per day. There is a malolactic fermentation, and then a maturation in stainless steel vats with a regular riddling.
CHARACTER
Simple, luxurious and elegant.
A purple colour and a beautiful intensity. Subtle aromas of black fruits with spices touches which gives to this wine high quality and elegance. Tannins are silk, this wine is a perfetc balance between cabernet franc aromas and the power of the côt.
