Our farm is certified High Environmental Value Level 3. Indeed, the Earl Paris-Simoneau is part of a global approach to the preservation of the environment.
What is unique about the HVE label is that this certification covers all the activities of the farm, that is to say the vineyards but also the cereals, forests and ponds.
This certification includes three levels of requirements relating to biodiversity, the low use of phytosanitary inputs and fertilizers as well as the preservation of water resources. It is only from level 3 that we can display the logo. It is therefore the maximum level of excellence of the certification.
It is for us a commitment that is sustainable to cultivate land on the one hand in respect of the environment and on the other hand of good quality for transmission from generation to generation.
